Stretch Zone Roswell
Re: Credit card charges by Strect Zone
I met with Jordan Rucker, the manager at the store in Roswell, GA, for a free evaluation on September 8, 2023. He convinced me that I could stop in after a long ride on my motorcycle.
It sounded like a good idea, but every time I went for a ride and came back, they never had any space available. I called Jordan and told him about the problem. He agreed to cancel my agreement.
In December, the franchise owner, Lane Fenner, called me to persuade me to come back, but I told him I wasn't interested. We talked about Jordan canceling my agreement, and he said that Jordan wasn't supposed to do that.
I replied that he did, and I was not interested.
Everything was okay until January when I got a $222 charge on my credit card. I tried contacting the Strech Zone via email several times about the charge, but I received no reply. I called and left a message, but no one called me back. I left several more messages and still received no reply.
Mis
I am asking for your help with this problem, as I have nowhere else to turn. Please reverse the two charges and not allow Strech Zone to post additional charges.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
It's good to be in the hands of a reputable company like American Express, and I'm thankful.
Best regards,
Lester Herbertson
Ps. Besides misrepresentation, I was never given a copy of the contract.
Their business card suggests Roswell is part of a group that includes Woodstock, Johns Creek, Kennesaw, Peachtree City, and Acworth.
- Cant think of any
- I just wish that i goggled them before i explored the free offer
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Reviewer |Severe injury
I have always been very active. Play tons of basketball and swim 5 days a week.
One day in June 2022 while swimming I felt tightness in my right heel. My friend who is a basketball coach suggested I go to Stretch Zone to loosen it up. Stretch Zone suggested my heel pain was from tightness in my hamstrings, pelvis and lower back. I wish I wouldve never walked in their door, youre better off stretching yourself naturally.
They convinced me they could help. They had me sign a contract and pay for multiple sessions up front. They belt you to a table. One strap immobilizes your pelvis.
Then they cross your legs over and place another strap. Completely immobilizing your lower half. Then a man locks hands with you and twists your top half off the side of the table. The way they strap men causes their thighs to squish their *** that have nowhere to go.
The whole thing is unnatural, Im disappointed that I even allowed them to touch me. During the twisting I felt a rip in my groin and started feeling a burning sensation throughout my abdomen. By the time I got home it was severe. And it kept getting worse and worse with passing time.
Nothing made it feel better. Flash forward November 2023 after 20+ doctor appointments, I still have severe left testicle pain, left groin pain, pelvic floor pain by like my perineum and anus, belly button pain, my entire abdomen feels ripped and torn, I cant lift anything over 1 lb. Ive lost the ability to take care of myself. I cant work.
I can barely shower myself. Ive been to every doctor and specialist I could find and none of them have been able to help me. Ive contacted stretch zone several times and they say their barbaric immobilizing system is safe and did not cause my injuries.
I went from being a healthy active human being to a disabled vegetable. Please, do NOT go to stretch zone.

They mislead you about what they have you sign. Never show you a contract.
They just have you sign a signature pad for membership which I was told is the only way to sign up for a session. I never actually received a session due to an accident that happened. I cancelled because I am physically unable to use the service but apparently it is impossible to cancel. They immediately charged another $360 on my credit card.
Which they say they are entitled to despite my cancellation and my physical inability to use their service. They will mock you and lie about you and even try to extort you to remove a bad review.
But they will not refund your money. You might was well just assume you will donate $1200 to the owner the second you walk in the door.

Im pretty sure this is a fake review! You are the one who tells them how far to go in a stretch, so it’s on you if you stretch too far.
I have been going to StretchZone for 8 months, and the results have been awesome.
Most of my little aches and pains are gone and I feel great. I would recommend it to everyone.
